The vineyards is made up of Sangiovese and partly Cabernet Sauivignon from which the IGT Toscana Rosso e wines are born Rosato and our Spumante. The olive groves are all in sunny locations and plant varieties are composed of Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino. The vineyards and olive groves they are surrounded by our own woods that come cleaned and checked. The harvest of grapes and olives comes rigorously done by hand.

In order to preserve aromas and acidity, grapes are immediately taken to the winery where they are softly pressed with stems and only free run juice is used in the production of the wine. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes aging in stainless steel. 12,5%

Delicate oil obtained from a blend of Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino olives. Harvest is done by hand in late October early November. Once the olives reach the oil mill they are immediately defoliated, washed and sent for the extraction phase. The oil is immediately filtered.
