From the windows there is a fine view of the surrounding vineyards

Two double bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom, fridge, microwave, coffè machine, TV. and air conditioning. Typically Tuscan environment, on multiple levels, with warm, welcoming and relaxing tones.
From the windows you can enjoy a splendid view of the Pesa river valley.

Apartment on the ground floor, composed of: living room-kitchen with fridge, microwave, tv, coffè machine, fan and bedroom and private bathroom. Large and comfortable living room-kitchen with a beautiful ceiling with exposed beams. The bedroom is very spacious and bright.
The bathroom is accessed from the bedroom.

The old brick fireplace dominates the central wall of this large first floor environment (55mq), consisting of living-room, kitchenette (gas hobs, fridge – no oven) and air conditioning. The main feature of this environment is the living-room with internal brick walls and an arch through which there is a fine view of the surrounding vineyards.

payment policy

STAY TAX: € 2 per person per day for the first 7 days, to be paid at the time of payment. Children up to 14 years are excluded.
Payment upon arrival at the farmhouse.

From the 14th day before arrival cancellation penalty 30% of the stay
