Discover Our Products

Our vineyard is primarily planted with Sangiovese, complemented by smaller sections of Cabernet Sauvignon, Canaiolo, and Trebbiano. These carefully tended grapes give life to our IGT Toscana Red and Rosé wines as well as our sparkling wine.

The olive groves, basking in the sun, feature the renowned Moraiolo, Frantoio, and Leccino varieties. Both vineyards and olive groves are surrounded by our own forests, meticulously maintained to preserve the natural balance of the land.

Every grape and olive is harvested by hand, ensuring the utmost attention to quality and the authentic taste of Tuscany in every bottle

100% Sangiovese.

Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature.
Fermentation duration: 8 days
Maceration duration: 12 days
Aging: matured in French oak barriques for 18 months, followed by a minimum of 6 months of bottle aging
Alcohol content: 13.5%

IGT Toscana Rosso
100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature.
Fermentation duration: 8 days
Maceration duration: 12 days
Aging: matured in Austrian oak barriques for 12 months, followed by a minimum of 12 months of bottle aging
Alcohol content: 13.5%

IGT Toscana Rosso

Grapes harvested from the vines at the end of October. Blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature.
Fermentation duration: 8 days
Maceration duration: 12 days
Aging: matured in French oak barriques for 12 months, followed by a minimum of 6 months of bottle aging
Alcohol content: 14.5%

IGT Toscana Rosso

A balanced blend of 50% Sangiovese and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Fermented at controlled temperature to preserve the full expression of the grapes.
Fermentation lasts 8 days, followed by 12 days of maceration.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barriques, then refined in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months.

Alcohol content: 13.5%

This wine captures the perfect harmony of Tuscany’s classic Sangiovese elegance and the rich structure of Cabernet Sauvignon

IGT Toscana Rosato

100% Sangiovese. Harvest begins in early September, with grapes picked by hand. To preserve aromas and acidity, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery, pressed, and only the free-run juice is used.

Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in stainless steel.
Alcohol content: 12.5%

IGT Toscana Rosso – Selected Sangiovese

100% Sangiovese.

Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature.
Fermentation duration: 8 days
Maceration duration: 12 days
Aging: matured in oak barriques for 16 months, followed by 6 months of bottle aging.
Alcohol content: 14.5%

100% Sangiovese. Harvest begins in early September, with grapes picked by hand to preserve aromas and acidity.

Zero dosage
Classic Method (Metodo Classico)
Alcohol content: 12%

Produced from the pomace of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.

White Grappa: aged in the bottle for at least 12 months.
Reserve Grappa: matured in oak barrels for a minimum of 24 months, followed by at least 6 months of bottle aging.

Alcohol content: 43%

Delicate Olive Oil

A delicate olive oil obtained from a blend of Moraiolo, Frantoio, and Leccino olives. The harvest is done by hand from late October to early November. Once the olives arrive at the mill, they are immediately destemmed, washed, and sent for extraction. The oil is filtered immediately after extraction.

Sparkling Rosé Wine on the Lees

Dynamic and natural, made from Sangiovese grapes. The bubbles are naturally produced through bottle fermentation.

Unfiltered sparkling wine with sediment, pleasant and authentic.
Alcohol content: 12%
